This study aims to identify ways of bridging the gap between supply and demand of workforce, identifying livelihood opportunities for implementing development programs including skill development while promoting women empowerment, increased work participation rate, higher literacy rate, and social inclusion in Mangalajodi Gram Panchayat in Odisha.
