An impact assessment on the Udaan project in Jammu and Kashmir that encapsulates feedback of stakeholders, quantifies the impact the program on an individual’s capacity to generate income, assesses skill enhancement created and gauges the mobility of youth. The report also identifies areas where improvements may be necessary to enhance impact and recommendations of the stakeholders for the same.
