The report analyses sectoral performance under the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) 2.0 -Short Term Training (STT) program. The objective is to study profiles of candidates taking up courses in different sectors – that is, their age, gender and education levels – to assess whether candidate profiles drive sectoral placement rates and explain sectoral differences to some extent.
