The study assesses state and district level skill gaps in terms of both quantity and variety of skills for Uttarakhand. The study is focused on large companies offering formal employment and on MSMEs and people’s aspirations to start their own enterprises. The study also offers qualitatively and quantitatively projections for future employment and level of skill in the labour force
