Non-Cognitive Assessment and The Road To Cultural Effectiveness

The third and the final session of the series highlights main features of non-cognitive skills and its importance for achieving success in both the academic and workplace spheres. In this session, Mr Doughlas Baldwin discusses concerns regarding the measurement of non-cognitive skills using the traditional measures and highlight upon the several non-traditional measures available. Attention is also drawn towards the importance of developing cross cultural competence in the globalized world in order to address the tasks, roles and challenges posed. New constructs and the future of assessment are also discussed towards the end of this session.
