Developed by a working group constituted by NSDC, consisting of experts from Sector Skill Councils, Assessment Agencies and independent members, the guide aims to interpret the assessment value chain starting from designing to conduct of assessments followed by review of assessments, deconstruct the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders involved, and define frameworks and procedures to ensure quality and standardisation.
